We are looking to purchase old buildings from the 1900s and new buildings from the 2000s and building plots for residential construction from a gross floor area of 1,600 sqm, which can be allocated.

These properties should be located in the quiet, preferred locations of Berlin’s districts of Charlottenburg, Wilmersdorf, Schöneberg, Kreuzberg, Prenzlauer Berg and the central locations.
